Ambrose Avenue Group are seeking an advanced nurse practitioner to join our Colchester team on a full time basis. Main duties of the job
* You'll be an experienced nurse prescriber acting within their professional boundaries.
* You will provide a first point of contact for patients presenting with undifferentiated, undiagnosed problems, using skills in history taking, physical examination, problem-solving and clinical decision-making to establish a diagnosis management plan.

Person Specification
Experience
* Experience working in a general practice.
* Experience working within a nursing team.
* Experience in dealing with vulnerable patients.
* Proven ability to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of their clinical practice.
* Experience in nurse-led triage.
* Experience in prescribing and undertaking medication reviews.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse.
* Qualified Nurse Prescriber.
* Qualified Triage Nurse.
