* Accurately logging each call and inputting information into our CRM call handling platform.
* Being an integral part of a supportive team that provides the best possible experience for Residents.
What we are looking for:

* Someone with an empathetic approach.
* Good standard of English and ability to enter data into systems accurately.
* Someone who can commit to 10+ hours a week. As a 24/7/365 service, we have a variety of shift options, and plenty of opportunities to do additional hours.
What you can expect in return:
* Competitive rates of pay, dependent on experience, typically £12.12 per hour.
* Fantastic colleague benefits.
* Supportive and friendly team.
* Extensive training from initial induction and throughout your career.
* Career development opportunities.
* Safe, secure, and contemporary offices based in Ringwood.
* Free on-site parking.
* Rewarding work; you'll be making a positive difference every day.
