We work in partnership with a number of NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups nationwide to provide patients with access to community services closer to their home, including Diagnostic Ultrasound, Gynaecology Services, diagnosis and treatment of Dermatological conditions, Ophthalmology services, and the provision of extended Minor surgery procedures.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning & Development Trainer to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing our employees' skills and performance. This role will be based on-site at our Head Office in Edgbaston, Birmingham.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training programs to new and existing employees within our Contact Centre and Healthcare Assistant Team. Your role will be integral in ensuring that all team members receive the necessary knowledge, skills, and support to excel in their positions and deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive induction courses and ongoing coaching programs throughout the employee life cycle.
* Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions aligned with project timelines and organisational goals.
* Identify skill gaps within teams and create tailored coaching, mentoring, and training programs to enhance knowledge and performance.
* Work closely with Contact Centre and HCA Team Managers to ensure training needs are met efficiently and effectively.
* Maintain and update training materials, ensuring they reflect current best practices and industry standards.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance assessments.
* Support team members in achieving professional growth and career progression through structured learning opportunities.
ABOUT YOU
* This role is ideal for a professional with a background in contact centre training or an experienced contact centre team leader or supervisor looking to transition into a training role. The successful candidate should possess:
* Proven experience in training and coaching within a contact centre environment.
* A strong understanding of high-volume training and employee development.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and needs.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
