Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a real difference in their lives? We have an exciting opportunity for a School-Based Youth Justice Prevention Officer to join a newly expanded Prevention Team in Liverpool.
The Role: As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with young people, parents, and carers within school settings to improve engagement, attendance, and overall outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver tailored support plans in collaboration with schools, safeguarding teams, CAMHS, healthcare providers, and the Police.
Use creative, strengths-based approaches to improve attendance and engagement in education.
Provide direct support within schools and the community, working with young people and their families.
Empower young people to succeed in their education and future aspirations.
