Internal Sales Executive
Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for an internal sales executive to join an ambitious sales team in Chesterfield.
This role is ideal for those who love to learn a product range and offer an advisory, solutions-based sale to current and lapsed clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain relationships: Develop strong rapport with existing and potential customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
2. Product knowledge: Learn and maintain an in-depth understanding of the product range and services to provide expert advice and solutions to customers.
3. Up-selling and cross-selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or upgrades to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
4. Quotations: Provide pricing information.
5. Process orders: Manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
6. Customer support: Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide post-sale support to ensure long-term satisfaction.
7. Work collaboratively: Liaise with other internal departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
Key Requirements:
1. Sales experience: Previous experience in an internal sales, telesales, or customer service role.
2. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
3. Product knowledge: A keen interest in learning about products and providing expert advice to customers.
4. Sales-driven mindset: Proactive in identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
