Job Description: We're looking for a Facilities Admin Assistant to support our BaSE Facilities team with essential administrative tasks. If you thrive in an organized environment, have experience with Purchase Orders and enjoy working with vendors, this could be a great fit What You'll Be Doing: - Creating and managing Purchase Orders (POs) - Liaising with vendors for call-outs and service requests - Tracking submitted POs and ensuring all relevant paperwork is filed correctly - Receiving quotes for facilities work at UPS sites and ensuring accurate PO processing nationwide - Using Excel and other Office tools for tracking and reporting What We're Looking For: - Office administration experience, particularly in a Facilities or Procurement setting - Excel proficiency (basic formulas, tracking data, etc.) - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks - Experience working with vendors and coordinating service requests Nice to Have: - Experience with Coupa & Oracle (not required, but a plus) If this sounds like you, apply now or reach out for more details Employee Type: Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
