Overview
The purpose of this role as Resourcing Assistant is to provide support to the Resourcing Assistant Manager covering the South East. You will assist with the provision of an efficient, effective, and professional resourcing support service across both offices and provide resource administration services to all members of the group.
Responsibilities
You will assist with a range of administrative tasks connected with supporting the local resourcing team and ensuring the smooth operation of Dayshape and staffing requirements.
In this busy role you will:
1. Respond to Dayshape enquiries and action them in a timely manner.
2. Monitor and action the resourcing emails daily.
3. Run reports on a regular basis.
4. Liaise with the Secondment, Recruitment, Student, and Qualifications Teams.
5. Co-ordinate stock take requirements within the group.
6. Review utilisation statistics for the group.
7. Increase utilisation stats by utilising available staff.
8. Assist with ensuring there is a 12-month booking view for your office at all times on Retain.
9. The role will be predominantly office based in Gatwick (typically 3-4 days/week) with travel to our Guildford office (typically fortnightly).
Requirements
The ideal person will have proven administration/co-ordination experience and will be well versed in organising and juggling a variety of people activities.
1. Ability to work well under pressure with multiple deadlines.
2. Proven organisational ability – able to juggle multiple administrative processes at the same time.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships and influence where necessary.
4. Be pro-active – can plan ahead and identify areas for improvement/change.
5. Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages.
6. Ability to liaise effectively with Partners, Directors, Managers, and Staff at all levels.
7. Experience with using Retain preferable.
