The Responsibilities of a Customer Services Team Leader
Are you a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a dedicated Customer Services Team Leader to join our vibrant team. In this role you’ll lead and inspire a team of contact centre agents, making sure they provide the best support to our valued customers. If you have strong leadership skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!
Our Customer Services Team Leader plays a key role in keeping our customer services team on track. You’ll analyse monthly performance reports, monitoring progress against set goals, and identify any training needs for team members.
What will set you apart?
We’re looking for someone with experience in customer services, ideally in a busy contact centre. You’ll need excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate the people around you.
This is an office-based role, but you’ll also enjoy a balance of working from home.
