Your leadership will be key in managing a dynamic team of support professionals, ensuring the highest standards of care and guidance are maintained.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseTo be considered for this role you must have a Level 3 qualification in a related field alongside a qualification in supporting teaching and learning. Previous experience of supervising and organising staff and supporting students with severe learning difficulties/disabilities and challenging behaviour will be key to being successful in this position.
