This is an interesting and varied role in a fast-paced environment that provides ample opportunity for professional development Job description The Redeployment Administrator manages the process of redeploying employees into new roles by providing an effective level of administrative support in the delivery of the redeployment activity across UKHSA in line with agreed timescales. Working to the Redeployment Officer you will: Manage the Redeployment Inbox, coordinating and sending responses. Be a point of contact to hiring/line managers and redeployees to answer queries and respond to requests. Manage and monitor the Redeployment Register. Provide job descriptions for suitable vacancies to redeployees, sending redeployment documents to hiring managers. Keep appropriate records of all redeployment activities undertaken by employees in the redeployment pool. Report on vacancies to identify any that have not gone through Recruitment Submissions and flagging these to the Redeployment Officer. Provide administrative support in the development of key redeployment processes. Provide Management Information to the Redeployment Lead, Redeployment Manager and key stakeholders. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan and execute activities in specified timescales without compromising the quality of these.
