Finance Manager Tipton £50,000 - £60,000 Monday to Friday We are looking for a Finance Manager with experience within the Construction industry to work for a leading Civil Engineering business based in Tipton. You will serve as a trusted business partner and strategic advisor to the Directors and make long-term financial decisions for the company. Daily duties will include: Management Accounts – Complete accurate monthly management accounts within remit Maintain and audit consistent policies, processes and procedures within the finance team Preparation of regular forecasting Produce annual budgets for all companies Lead regular Management Accounts meetings with key stakeholders Maintain Fixed Asset Register and depreciation calculations Group Treasury – Produce robust and accurate cashflows for all companies in the Group Consolidate Group and non-Group cashflows ensuring good test and challenge to the numbers Ensure all group cash is making the best interest as possible Ensure that mortgages are achieving the best rates at the right times Maintain up-to-date lease schedules for all Group-owned and leased properties.
