We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant for the office of a construction company.
Your duties will include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
In more detail, the Administrative Assistant role will involve the following duties;
1. Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
2. Organising and scheduling appointments with admin software.
3. Strong Outlook, Word, and Excel skills.
4. Answer and direct phone calls
5. Write and distribute emails, correspondence, letters and forms.
6. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
7. Develop and maintain a filing system (You will be shown how to use our online system)
8. Be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
