Primary Skills: IBM Sterling OMS and Java
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement IBM Sterling Order Management solutions to meet business requirements.
* Customize and configure IBM Sterling Order Management System to support order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
* Develop and maintain integration solutions between IBM Sterling Order Management System and other enterprise systems.
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IBM Sterling Order Management System.
* Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the quality and functionality of the solutions.
* Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices related to order management systems.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 7 years of experience working with IBM Sterling Order Management System.
* Strong understanding of order management processes and best practices.
* Proficiency in Java, XML, and other relevant programming languages.
* Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and JMS.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics.
Certification in IBM Sterling Order Management System
