I am recruiting for a family owned and run construction company in Portsmouth, they are looking for an Office Manager to join their team. Responsibilities: PA to Senior Management Event planning-corporate events, meetings and special events. Deal with front of house-meet & greet in a professional manner. Perform general office duties. Maintaining stock levels Raising Purchase Orders for materials Quality, H&S and accreditation compliance Manage the holiday schedule Requirements: Confident multi tasker Strong time management and priotritistion skills Exceptional communication skills Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Salary: up to £30,000 Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm If you are interested in this role please apply
