Job Title: Client Services/Campaign Manager

Job Purpose:
To manage and grow relationships with complex enterprise clients, ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns across various channels and products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with multiple internal departments to plan, design, and implement campaign strategies, ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns.
* Lead campaign planning, project setup, and kickoff, including building project timelines and verifying sales documentation.
* Strategize and execute campaign delivery, encompassing digital, content, and event components.
* Deliver across a suite of products, including custom content solutions, off-the-shelf (OTS) offerings, sponsorships, and events.
* Collaborate proactively and communicate effectively with key business stakeholders, including editorial, marketing, and sales teams.
* Manage complex enterprise clients, providing exceptional service and fostering strong relationships.
* Monitor and track the performance of all campaigns, adapting marketing plans as needed to achieve positive results.
* Project manage meal-based events and oversee 5+ client activations.
* Fulfill accolades licensing programs, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all related services and materials.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in managing complex enterprise clients.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow client accounts.
* Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Strong experience in campaign delivery across various channels, including digital, content, and events.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments and key stakeholders.
* Experience in project managing events and overseeing multiple client activations.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience within the media industry.
* Familiarity with custom content solutions, accolades licensing, OTS offerings, sponsorships, and event management.
* Strong analytical skills to monitor and adapt marketing plans based on performance metrics.
