About the Role
As a Junior Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the financial operations, from posting journal entries to preparing financial statements. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for personal and professional growth within a supportive and vibrant company culture.
How You Will Make a Difference:
Posting journal entries and recording daily financial transactions
Preparing financial statements and management reports
Maintaining accounts receivable/payable and performing reconciliations
Issuing payment invoices and receipts to clients
Assisting with periodic financial reports, account reconciliations, and financial closings
Supporting audits and reviewing company expenditures, such as payroll and petty cash
Collaborating with the finance team on continuous improvement and other ad-hoc tasks as neededWhat You Need to Win:
Currently working towards a business administration or finance qualification
At least 1 year of experience in a similar accounting role
European language skills (advantageous)
Familiarity with Oracle Finance (a plus) and financial closings
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
A passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement
