The Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in leading project budgeting, cost control, and procurement. From overseeing contract management (JCT/NEC contracts) to managing subcontractor performance and client relationships, your expertise will drive the delivery of high-value, complex projects from start to finish. ??? What were looking for: Essential Criteria: Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within the construction industry and/or interior fit out sector. Expertise in JCT/NEC contracts and cost forecasting. Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Willingness to travel fortnightly within the UK. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex projects. Desirable Criteria: Experience working on high-value, fast-paced interior fit-out projects. Knowledge of modern construction and fit-out techniques.
