Job summary A Newly Qualified ARRs GP, you will be allocated to our Acute Care Team working alongside Allied Healthcare Professionals to help deliver acute, on the day demand, as well as harness the benefits of local team working. Our team centred approach includes team huddles, regular clinical meetings, quarterly protected learning time meetings as well as thriving and busy social calendar with an annual SHP Shining Stars Awards ceremony. We recognise the transition from working as a trainee into an independent practitioner and will support you with a dedicated SHP Partner mentor and a named clinical supervisor in addition to the wider support package being offered by BSol ICB Main duties of the job To perform as an autonomous general practitioner working independently and with other health care professionals to assess, diagnose and treat the conditions of patients attending within the Acute Care Team within SHP PCN. Provide expert professional advice to patients, carers and colleagues and ensure the maintenance of clinical excellence.
