With the ever-increasing number of treatments and care we give to patients, our professional and detailed Administration department have a need for a Patient Services Administrator to assist the team at our Portsmouth based hospital.

This Patient Services Administrator requirement is a diverse supportive administration position which will see your role split between maintaining a welcoming presence at the front desk and assisting with the department administration, document control and compliance.
This is a full-time permanent position (37.5 hpw)
Working on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.
Our Treatment Centre is open from 0745 to 2045.

What you'll be doing:
You’ll be an experienced administrator with strong attention to detail and great customer service skills, used to working effectively in a fast-paced, busy environment, yet remaining compliant while working with personal information and sensitive data adhering to GDPR regulations.
You will be an effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal, with strong IT skills, able to pick up new in-house systems easily.
You’ll be a genuinely supportive and welcoming individual with a friendly approach, possessing an impeccable phone manner and customer service skills.
