Job Title: DO&CO Lounge Manager
As DO&CO Lounge Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of one of our Lounges.
The role includes overall management of all personnel in the Lounge, such as Food and Beverages, Finance, and external client handling.
You will regularly ensure customer expectations are exceeded and maintain quality through weekly team meetings.
We seek a candidate with strong leadership skills, a team player, dedicated to upskilling the team and fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, manage, lead, deliver, and present food and beverages according to specifications.
2. Manage, guide, and coach staff for efficient lounge operations.
3. Lead the Lounge team, including Lounge Hosts, Front of House, Chefs, and Supervisors. Oversee staffing, training, and operations.
4. Deliver training to all Lounge employees.
5. Ensure high standards of food and guest services, hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness.
6. Engage with Lounge members to enhance their experience.
7. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and Food Safety standards.
8. Innovate and proactively add value to the contract.
9. Complete monthly reports for clients.
10. Provide solutions for operational challenges, including at airports.
11. Manage financial aspects, aiming for targets.
12. Conduct performance reviews and manage staff performance.
13. Attend meetings with senior management and ensure stock policies are in place.
14. Analyze business trends and competitors to improve customer experience.
15. Handle employee relations issues.
16. Report accurately to the Executive Team and Head Office.
17. Support your team and celebrate successes.
