My Client is a well-established Financial Services firm offering families Financial Advice across the United Kingdom, seeking a full-time Financial Adviser to join the business to cover Manchester and the surrounding areas.
The business has worked with families for generations, developing a close bond with these clients based on high levels of trust, integrity, and professionalism.
This opportunity would suit a smart and presentable individual with a proven track record in face-to-face sales, with the ability to build rapport with customers and who has an appetite to develop a career within the Financial Services industry.
The role of Financial Adviser will involve:
* Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be required to achieve regular sales of new business to attain individual and company sales targets whilst providing ongoing quality customer service.
* Managing a customer database which will be provided and expected to build upon.
* Ongoing support, guidance, training, and development in our processes.
* Advising clients on a range of financial products in their homes, including savings plans, investments, pensions, and protection policies.
* Servicing existing customers through regular reviews, expanding existing customer sales, and brand loyalty.
* The autonomy of being home-based and responsible for managing your daily activities and diary as well as being part of a successful team of Financial Advisers.
* Attending regular meetings with the Area Manager and colleagues.
* Acting in accordance with the FCA Code of Conduct for Company Representatives.
Applicants should possess a good standard of education and a full driving licence is essential, as the role is field-based travelling to clients’ homes.
The successful applicant for the Financial Adviser role will enjoy a great package with the following benefits:

* £28,000 basic salary (OTE £37,000 year 1; £43,000 year 2)
* 4 x Death in Service
* 20 days holiday rising to 25 over first 5 years plus bank holidays
