This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in managing a global intranet platform and supporting knowledge-sharing across the business.
About the Role
As an Intranet Content Assistant, you’ll be part of a dynamic, collaborative team focused on enabling seamless access to tools, resources, and knowledge for employees worldwide. Your responsibilities will include:
* Content Management: Reviewing, developing, and maintaining intranet content to ensure it’s accurate, engaging, and aligned with policies.
* Collaboration: Liaising with teams and stakeholders across the organization to design and deliver high-quality content that meets their needs.
* End-User Support: Responding to intranet-related queries and resolving issues efficiently.
* Training & Communication: Coordinating and supporting intranet training programs and contributing to communications to promote new tools and content.
* Team Operations: Assisting with team meetings, creating agendas, taking minutes, and supporting testing and reporting activities.
About You

* Strong Communication Skills: You can engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and write with clarity and precision.
* Technical Proficiency: Experience with SharePoint or other content management systems is essential. Familiarity with Viva Engage, HTML, or design tools such as Photoshop is a bonus.
* Creativity & Attention to Detail: You have a good eye for design and understand how to make content visually appealing and user-friendly.
* Proactive Attitude: You’re a self-starter who’s keen to learn, improve processes, and take ownership of projects.
* Collaborative Spirit: You enjoy working as part of a team, building relationships, and delivering shared goals.
Experience within professional services, knowledge management, or intranet platforms is advantageous but not essential.
