Town and Country we have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Director to join our brilliant team in a senior position on a permanent full-time basis.
The Role
This role is a blend of clinical and managerial, working closely with the Practice Manager and Head Nurse to support and mentor whilst undertaking a clinical role with consultations, surgery and shaping the business.
You will be based between our 3 branches on a rota.
Rota Patterns
Our current CD rota is 4 full days with a day off during the week and you would be part of the Saturday rota which would be 1:4/5 Saturdays with a day in lieu.
We have no OOH or Bank holidays which is great for a work-life balance. However, we are happy to discuss working patterns as we understand how important a good work/life balance is.
About the practice
Town and Country Vets are a first opinion, small animal veterinary group with three great sites based in Blackburn, Clayton-le-Moors & Whalley. We have all the usual equipment including Ultrasound, Digital x-ray & in-house blood machine.
Preventative health care and case continuity are all important to us and mean that during your time at Town & Country vets, you will build great working relationships with your clients and patients! We have some wonderful reviews on Google to reflect this! We are Lancashire’s family-oriented vets who will put your wellbeing first!
About the team
We have a great team of 5 Vets, 1 Clinical Director, 9 Nurses, 1 VCA, 7 Receptionists and 1 Practice Manager. We are a friendly team, whom some we have trained and are still with us decades later! Everyone is hard-working, friendly & supportive. Our team has a wealth of knowledge and expertise and it is important to us that we find the right person to join our Town & Country family.
