We’re on the lookout for a Transformation Program Process Owner / Order-to-Cash (O2C) to join our transformation program team and take the lead in shaping the future of our O2C operations.
About The Role
As the Program Process Owner for O2C, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining, standardising, and continuously improving our Order-to-Cash process across the entire organisation. You’ll be the functional lead for O2C, working at the heart of a major transformation program—ensuring that our current operations are well understood, our future-state processes are robust, and our solutions are aligned with real business needs.
This is a high-impact role with cross-business influence, ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong operational know-how.
What You Will Be Doing
Process Ownership & Design
* Own and drive the design of O2C processes from ‘as-is’ to ‘to-be’.
* Lead workshops, gap assessments, and solution validation activities.
* Align business requirements with core and local implementations.
* Maintain strong governance and documentation throughout the design life cycle.
Operational Excellence
* Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
* Manage exceptions, support Finance with invoicing, and resolve customer inquiries.
* Identify and address process weaknesses and system inefficiencies.
Change Management & Collaboration
* Work hand-in-hand with Change Champions across all business functions.
* Guide stakeholders through change with empathy and influence.
* Support the Change Plan through structured engagement and clear communication.
Program Leadership & Governance
* Represent O2C at the Design Authority and report on progress to program leadership.
* Contribute to implementation planning, training content, and readiness activities.
You’ll Also Be Responsible For
* Leading Master Data design for O2C in partnership with IT and data leads.
* Shaping reporting standards and compliance controls for the function.
* Driving continuous improvement and organisational change recommendations.
* There will be some travel involved in this role to our various UK sites. Flexible on location with weekly WFH flexibility.
Who We Are Looking For
* You will have deep knowledge (5+ years) of end-to-end O2C processes in a complex, multi-site environment.
* Experience in large-scale transformation or ERP programs.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and change leadership skills.
* Analytical mindset with a practical approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to work across different functional teams and locations
