Aftersales Manager required for a Main Dealer in New Southgate
Salary £60000, with OTE at £80000 [bonus based on net profit & customer satisfaction] – guarantee for first 3 months.
Company car [no fuel] & private health care & death in service.
Holiday 22 + Bank holidays [holiday increase with length of service].
Hours Mon- Frid 8-6 [ we are open Sat 9-1 and this is normally covered by the service advisors, so the Aftersales Manager would only be expected to cover for holidays / emergency cover]
The position is based at New Southgate, running a very busy multi-franchise department, servicing, MOT & repairs
We have 13 technicians, 5 apprentices, workshop controller, on-site warranty administrator and 5 Service advisors.
We see approx. 45 customer throughputs per day.
I am looking for a Manager with comprehensive experience of operating a very busy department, preferably multi-franchise.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the Service Desk;
* Coach and supervise the Aftersales team, ensuring targets are met;
* Regularly review, update and implement processes to improve efficiency;
* Resolve customer complaints and any internal Service issues;
* Staff management including appraisals;
* Generate and present progress reports to the senior leadership team;
* Promote a positive work ethos within the team including good housekeeping.
