Job Summary The product strategy manager will be responsible for overall product roadmaps and strategies across the Delta Controls� product portfolio. This involves researching product opportunities, technologies and analyzing market conditions. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. Work Location : In Office (Currently 3 days a week, subject to change) City : Surrey Type : full-time, Permanent Travel : Business trips will be required, approximately 10% to 15% Salary : $110,000 - $151,000 This range reflects the minimum and maximum target payable for the base salary of new hires across all Canadian locations. Actual compensation may vary outside this range and is dependent on various factors. Duties and Responsibilities Strong technical skills with the ability to lead the development of product strategy and roadmaps for the business. Crafting comprehensive product plans and outlining future directions for the product portfolio. Collecting and analyzing financial data to support business cases and inform strategic decisions. Assessing product vision and scope to define essential requirements and shape overall product offerings. Evaluating incoming feature requests to meet customer needs. Representing the company at trade shows and delivering presentations at conferences. Partnering with Product Management and Marketing to develop product pricing strategies. Identifying opportunities for training and development to drive continuous improvement. Carrying out additional related responsibilities as needed. Required or Strongly Preferred Skills and Abilities Demonstrated experience in building and managing diverse product portfolios. Extensive background in building, industrial, or energy automation. Expertise in market analysis and strategic planning. Proven ability to craft long-term product visions and strategies. Confident and skilled public speaker and presenter. Strong business acumen with a forward-thinking approach. Proficient in evaluating the impact of various scenarios on existing products and platforms. Deep understanding of building automation and modern product architectures. Thorough knowledge of the product-to-market process. Exceptional written communication abilities. Minimum Qualifications and Experience Degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Automation field preferred. 7-10 Years� experience in Building Automation, Industrial Automation, Energy Management or related fields.
