SD Business Management is a Glasgow-based Chartered Certified accountancy practice offering comprehensive accounting, taxation, and business advisory services to a diverse range of owner managed businesses and individuals. Ongoing growth and increase in the quality and size of our client base will see us shortly moving to a larger city centre office and looking to continue to grow and develop our team. We are currently a close knit team of a dozen or so people. We strive to deliver high-value and cost-effective solutions for our clients. Role Description & qualifications
This role would suit a school leaver looking to get an early start in their career rather than going to university. Alternatively it could suit an individual who enjoys working in a professional environment with nice professional colleagues.
As Office Administrator you will be responsible for general office admin tasks, acting as PA to the directors, onboarding new clients, arranging meetings for colleagues, telephone answering, office reception and overall supporting your colleagues with various adhoc tasks.
Over time once you have demonstrated your capabilities there will be plenty of scope to develop your skills and experience further and progress up the career ladder.
Whilst we are a flexible team this role is full time office based.
Salary & package
The salary range is £22,000 to £24,500 per annum. 25 days holiday entitlement plus statutory days. We also offer the option to buy an extra 5 days holidays per year.
Qualifications
* Passes in Higher Maths and English or suitable experience of working in a professional office environment.
