This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliant and effective delivery across multiple channels and products, while driving process efficiency and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards. As a Marketing Delivery Manager, you will: Project Management: Coordinate daily delivery of multi-channel promotional, service, and regulatory activities through CRM channels including email, direct mail, push notifications, and In-App. Strategic Delivery: Lead the delivery of regulatory communication programs and complex marketing projects requiring collaboration across disciplines and with third-party suppliers.
