Job Description This is a self-governing role where you will be the go to person for the Manchester site for all ER HR support requirements. The Opportunity Reporting to our HR Manager you will work as the HR point of contact for the Manchester site, whilst being part of a wider HR team on a regional and global scale. In this role you will be mainly involved with employee relations cases and have a wide breadth of responsibilities within this given you will be the sole HR point of contact for the site. You will also get stuck in with other tasks that the HR Manager needs assistance with like transactional HR tasks and partnering with the management team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator at all levels, be looking for freedom within their role to make their own mark and has an approach with an attention to detail.
