We're looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants, Cover Supervisors, SEN, Supply Teachers, Pastoral support, HLTA, Instructors and many more roles to join our teams across Preston, Blackburn, Blackpool, Lancaster, and Wigan! In this role, you will ensure the students receive the support they need to succeed academically and personally. You will work closely with teachers to facilitate a positive and effective learning environment. It will also involve providing direct support to students, assisting with lesson delivery, managing classroom activities, and contributing to the overall success of the educational program.

Responsibilities:
6. Reading, writing and SPAG support.
7. Collect in pre set work and return to the appropriate teacher
8. Manage the classroom and keep pupils on task
9. Develop a supportive relationship with the child that promotes self esteem and confidence.
10. To develop knowledge and understanding of the specific academic, physical, emotional and behavioural needs of the child and respond to them effectively.
11. To liaise with the Teacher and SENCO about the development and support needed at home and in school for the child.
12. To provide the whole class, small groups and 1:1 support.
13. Monitor and maintain records of the pupils progress.
14. To assist with general school duties which may include setting up classrooms, preparing resources and displays and tidying and clearing away
15. Supervision of children during lunch times and Supervision of children entering and leaving school premises.
Requirements:
16. Be comfortable and confident in managing challenging behaviours.
17. Background in working with Education
18. Strong classroom management
19. Ability to engage with, and build rapport with the students.
20. Be creative, proactive and flexible in their supporting style.
21. Have experience with SEN or knowledge learning difficulties.
22. TA qualified.
