Location: Remote (Ideally based in Greater Manchester or Yorkshire for occasional site visits)

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and organise a high volume of legal documentation remotely, including residential property details, claims, and client updates.
* Prepare and deliver client communications, including photos and relevant documents.
* Maintain and update the in-house CRM and tracking system, ensuring all correspondence and documents are accurately logged.
* Oversee and manage the Managing Director’s inbox, responding to emails on their behalf in a professional and timely manner.
* Track and categorise incoming emails, extracting key information and entering it into the system.
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and efficient responses to all inquiries.
* Occasionally attend trade shows, conferences, and other events as required.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Proven experience in a legal administrative role, such as Legal Administrator, Legal Secretary, PA, or similar, within the legal sector – ideally with a focus on property law (residential or commercial).
* Comfortable working independently and remotely, maintaining high standards of organisation and efficiency.
* Solid understanding of property law, with hands-on experience in both commercial and residential property matters.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels.
