We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant to join and support the Banbury team on a fixed term basis.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Elements of administration and legal documentation
2. Providing support to Negotiators & Branch Managers
3. Co-ordination of appointments
4. Liaising with our Clients and prospective buyers
5. Carrying out ad-hoc property viewings as required
Experience & Skills Required:
1. A positive, determined and enthusiastic attitude
2. Strong communicator both written and verbally
3. Be well presented
4. Willing to learn and have a 'can do' attitude
5. A full UK drivers licence is essential
6. Previous experience with an estate agents or the property sector preferred but not essential
7. Working proficiency across all Microsoft Office packages
