Responsibilities Teach English to secondary school students, ensuring engaging and effective lessons Plan, prepare, and deliver exciting lessons that cater to all learning abilities Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback and support as needed Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience Support students' academic and personal growth Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Proven experience as an English Teacher (or a strong desire to start your career) Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and exam requirements Excellent communication and classroom management skills A passion for teaching and inspiring students A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
