To accelerate our expansion in UK retail, we’re looking for a new National Account Manager to join our Sales team managing our existing Convenience channel customers. You’ll expand our presence in the Convenience channel, strengthen partnerships, win new customers, and launch new products. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be involved in: Manage our existing Convenience customers - Nisa, Costcutter, Af Blakemore, James Hall, CJ Lang & Appleby Westward. You’ll build strong, strategic relationships that help drive rapid growth for Huel and for the category. Continue to grow and build our ready-to-drink business while unlocking new listings in new categories such as Bars and Cans. New business wins is down to you, but also nurturing the relationship, onboarding and full account management to deliver great long term results and partnerships. P&L responsibility - you’ll be expected to deliver and surpass our budgeted financial and distribution targets and monitor and track account performance. Track Huel’s performance within the context of the category, you’ll be expected to understand the key drivers of performance and to be able to succinctly share the insights internally and with the customers. The customers will see you as someone who has their finger on the pulse and is a reliable source of insight. Analyse data to help build your sales presentations and to identify opportunities. Accurately forecast so we can remain in stock and so we can plan effectively. What we're looking for in you This role will best suit someone who is passionate about Huel and super excited about the prospect of driving growth over the coming few years. You’ll need: Approximately 2 years of national account management experience working within the convenience channel, managing big customers such as Nisa & Spar and has a thorough understanding of how to win in this channel. To be an excellent communicator and relationship builder – you'll deliver key messages with impact, build strong rapport, and confidently handle tough conversations. To be commercially astute - you'll need to have a thorough understanding of the P&L and be confident with numbers & analysing data to identify opportunities & create selling stories to show customer and market performance.
