JOB TITLE: Temporary Logistics and Sales Administrator
LOCATION: Wellington, Somerset
SALARY: £25,000 PA
HOURS: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm

We are seeking a methodical and well-organised Logistics and Sales Administrator to support a highly successful manufacturing company based in Wellington, Somerset. Joining a welcome and friendly team, you will be responsible for providing a variety of administration support to the sales, logistics, and production teams. This role is being offered initially on a temporary basis for 12 weeks; therefore, you must be available immediately to be considered for the role and able to commit to the full duration.
Key duties and responsibilities:
* Answering calls for the department
* Assisting with queries
* Processing orders
* Completing shipping documentation
* Updating database and spreadsheets
* Liaising with suppliers
* Other administration duties to ensure smooth running of the department
Essential skills and qualities:
* Strong IT and communication skills
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail
* Prior experience within manufacturing would be desirable, however not essential
* Quick learner
