Our client is looking for a Live in House Manager to oversee the operations of an Estate in West London.
Package includes a 1 bedroom flat and bills included.
Duties:
* Oversee the day to day running of the Estate.
* Manage a team of Porters and Cleaners.
* Clear refuse daily and maintain the upkeep of the buildings.
* Book holiday cover and control sick leave.
* Ensure fire alarms and emergency lights are tested in all blocks.
* Follow Health & Safety regulations.
* Keep logs of visitors and daily incidents.
* File Asbestos reports and Gas certificates from Engineers.
* Liaise with Engineers, Pest control, Electricians and other contractors.
* Liaise with the Council when required.
* Liaise with Police when required and control the security of the Estate.
* Deal with parcel deliveries and key management.
Candidate Specification:
* Expereince managing staff.
* Worked within the residential industry for at least 3 years.
* Happy to be hands on and lead by example.
