We have a number of exciting opportunities for social workers to join our area of service. Your role will fit perfectly into our drive towards more integrated working with our health colleagues, joining established multi-disciplinary teams to support our area of intermediate care and support.
We have permanent and temporary vacancies within our A&E Team and Transfer of Care Hub which offer an opportunity to support hospital discharge. We also have community-based roles in our Neighbourhood Hubs.
You will have access to an established group of managers with the knowledge and experience needed to support you in these roles. We are an accessible and visible management team offering access to regular formal and informal supervision, training and development. You will need to be passionate about supporting our community in Blackpool, be committed to your role as a social worker, and keen to grow and develop in line with SWE protocols.
