A leading provider to the energy sector based in Kintore are currently looking for a Procurement Coordinator on a permanent full-time basis.
As Procurement Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Procurement Team Lead, ensuring purchase requisitions for parts, consumables, services and hires are processed.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Liaising with vendors and maintain/update records for all approved suppliers.
* Processing priced and unpriced purchase requisitions for consumables, services and hires, and ensuring best lead time is achieved.
* Sending approved purchase orders to vendors once finalised.
* Supporting with new vendor requests/revalidating vendor certification.
* Supporting with any delivery discrepancies and solving in a timely manner.
* Supporting finance with any invoice queries at month end.
* Participating in project kick off and close off meetings.
* Participating and supporting with quarterly vendor evaluation meetings.
* Updating ERP System with any new delivery dates to ensure this is kept up to date.
