Job Summary:
The Sales Representative is responsible for representing OEC and the manufacturers we work with, building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, whilst achieving sales growth.
Job Duties:
* Make outbound sales calls to customers.
* Take inbound calls from customers and handle enquiries.
* Achieve personal KPIs and objectives with target customers.
* Utilise all product promotions effectively to achieve specific goals.
* Identify and leverage potential sales opportunities within the customer base.
* Maintain own product knowledge and awareness of competitor activities.
* Collate feedback from customer base on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
* Be a confident and capable communicator with proven experience of selling in a fast-paced and/or telesales environment (not essential).
* Focused on providing a great customer service experience.
* Have the ability to relate well to others and work as part of a team.
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
* Preferable to have automotive industry experience but not required.
* Results-oriented.
* IT literate with knowledge of MS Excel.
