Job Description
Based on site in Slough, UK the successful candidate will be responsible for the BMS package including design development and engineering, delivery & installation, testing, commissioning & startup. Reporting to the Project Manager - Mechanical, the successful candidate will be required to manage all aspects of the package such as quality, progress & programme and commercial. The BMS Engineer will be required to interface with in-house mechanical and electrical teams to ensure system requirements are coordinated and delivered. The BMS Engineer will be required to review all equipment technical submittals and ensure these meet the requirements of the BMS design.
Skills and Requirements
* Hold excellent technical knowledge of BMS systems and products
* Excellent communication and reporting skills
* Minimum 5 years' experience in BMS roles
* Understanding of project planning, construction sequencing and critical path
* Previous experience working in Netherlands an advantage but not essential
* Have a sound understanding of mechanical and HVAC systems
* Have previous experience in BMS testing and commissioning to level 5
