Copello Global is seeking a skilled Professional to lead our Mandated Training Program.
Job Description:
As a Skill Development Coach, you will play a key role in promoting feedback for continuous improvement and supporting learners to develop personal and professional skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver Mandated Training Courses to UK and overseas staff, ensuring high-quality content and engaging delivery methods.
* Promote the use of feedback to drive continuous improvement in training content and delivery.
* Support, train, and guide learners to develop their attitudes, skills, and abilities, enhancing their personal and professional growth.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in delivering Mandatory Training, including Human Factors and Safety Management Systems.
* A level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent qualification.
* Previous experience working within Part 145 and Part M Organisations.
* Detailed understanding of MAA and CAA Regulations applicable to Part 145, Part 147, and Part M organisations.
What We Offer:
In this role, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
