Customer Service Executive - Maternity Cover (12 Months) Mon - Fri Flint Circa £25k We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Executive working in the logistics and distribution division of a large company in Flint. Scope To provide excellent service through On Time and In Full delivery of orders. Work closely with Planning, Sales, and Distribution to ensure customer requirements are met. Identify and communicate any issues to CSM then interface with customers directly as appropriate to ensure they are kept informed at all times. Responsibility Take ownership of all issues relating to your customer’s order ensuring On Time and In Full (OTIF) delivery every time. Where we are not able to meet required dates/quantities ensure customer / commercial colleagues are kept fully informed. Maintain action plans for each of your customers tracking the quality of their service and identifying areas for improvement. Review with CSM (and commercial / logistics colleagues where appropriate) to deliver change and improve OTIF success. Ensure CSM is fully informed of all queries/action taken and consulted as necessary
