SENIOR INSIGHT LEAD (TV/MEDIA) £105,000 LONDON (3X WEEK IN OFFICE) We are partnering with one of the UK’s leading broadcasters, who are looking to strengthen their research team with a dynamic Insight Lead. This role will focus on analyzing performance across the UK, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and driving innovation within the TV sector. You will play a key role in working with teams across the organization and lead an expanding insights function. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives Lead a variety of insight projects aimed at enhancing organizational performance Partner with third-party vendors and stakeholders to develop innovative evaluation methods Drive strategic initiatives across the business Present insights and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders and teams Manage a growing team of 2-4 direct reports Your Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate will have: A background working with TV/Media clients Experience working on campaign evaluation/effectiveness projects Experience managing research/insight teams Experience presenting insights to diverse stakeholders Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills A commercial mindset, with experience working alongside sales teams Experience agency-side is preferred (media/advertising) Benefits: Salary up to £105,000 Hybrid working model Pension scheme Additional company perks
