COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR - SUNDERLAND
An exciting position awaits for a motivated and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a dynamic firm in Sunderland. This role is ideal for a driven individual ready to take on a key role in handling a broad range of commercial property matters. While the firm has a strong domestic property team, the role will require some limited domestic property work as well. There are strong prospects for advancement.
You will be joining a well-established law firm with a proud history of delivering exceptional legal services to clients across the North East. With a strong reputation in commercial property law, the firm prides itself on a client-focused approach and commitment to achieving the best outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property finance.
2. Advising clients on development projects, landlord and tenant matters, and property portfolio management.
3. Drafting and negotiating commercial property contracts, leases, and other documentation.
4. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to provide outstanding legal support.
5. Working collaboratively within the firm to support wider business objectives.
Requirements:
1. Qualified solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with a minimum of 3-5 years PQE in commercial property law.
2. Strong technical knowledge with proven experience handling a wide range of commercial property transactions.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive client relationships.
4. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
5. A proactive and team-oriented approach.
