Key Responsibilities: Timely and accurate posting of supplier invoices, ensuring all payments are recorded correctly in the accounting system. Regularly reconcile supplier statements to ensure accounts are up to date and discrepancies are promptly resolved. Prepare payment runs for approval, ensuring compliance with internal controls and deadlines. Ensure that all financial records are accurate and well organised, supporting the wider finance team in meeting reporting deadlines. Essential Criteria: Strong Accounts Payableexperience, with a proven ability to handle high-volume invoice processing and payment runs. Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping, with the ability to ensure accuracy in financial transactions and reconciliations. Experience using Open Accounts or similar financial software, with the confidence to manage day-to-day financial tasks independently. An empathetic approach, working well in a collaborative team and demonstrating understanding of the housing sector's unique challenges.
