Our client is a successful engineering company. They're looking for an eager and attentive Design Team Administrator to join them. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing email and phone enquiries, creating and coordinating CRM systems and logging communications, via Salesforce CRM. They will also be required to assist with the administrative duties of other departments as necessary. This is a full time office based role. Salary is £24k - £27k depending on experience plus benefits. Key Responsibilities: Reception Desk: To be the primary and initial point of contact for the general phone and email line and be able to communicate across the company and to external clients in an effective and professional manner. Salesforce CRM - Opportunity Creation: To create and populate opportunities and associated fields such as sites and contacts based on information from emails, phone, and other publicly available online information Record Keeping: In line with above, production, filing and management of received information into appropriate folders/servers. Salesforce CRM - Quotation Coordination: Evaluation of incoming quotation requests for action, ranging from issuance of previous quotations to forwarding onto the appropriate Design Team member for their review Skills/Experience Admin experience would be ideal Good IT skills Good attention to detail Excellent communication skills Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills.
