An established Maintainence company are currently looking for an Invoicing Administrator.
The role involves providing administrative support to the wider team, dealing with invoicing, Purchase Orders, invoice queries and database management.
* 40 hour week

Invoicing Administrator Responsibilities:
* Creating and issuing invoices to customers
* Invoice processing
* Creation of purchase orders
* Handling all queries and rejections, liaising with other departments to resolve issues.
* Using multiple online portal systems to upload invoices
* Heavy administration based
* Communicating with clients and customer over the phone
Invoicing Administrator qualities:
* Some experience with invoicing and administration necessary
* Good communication skills - both written and verbal
* Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office
* Experience working within a fast-paced environment
