Main duties of the job
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership and mentorship to your team, assisting with care plans and client reviews, delivering high-quality care while ensuring regulatory standards are met, supporting rehabilitation activities and promoting client independence, and managing staff rotas and providing shift coverage as required.

Working Hours:
* Week 1: 36 hours
* Week 2: 48 hours
Your Role: As a Team Leader, you will inspire and lead a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care, support client rehabilitation, and promote independence. You'll play a key role in developing care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and managing day-to-day care operations.
