Overview
Salary: Up to £25k basic per annum + benefits + genuine commission OTE £30-40k top earners – Guaranteed Commission for the first six months
We are looking to recruit an experienced Telesales Executive to join our client’s fun, successful & family orientated company. They are the market leaders in providing print and digital magazine supply services to businesses in the UK and Ireland.
They are currently expanding their sales team and this role is a fantastic opportunity for someone to help develop and grow their portfolio of clients. The role is based in the Leatherhead office.
The successful candidate will enjoy working in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
The Person
The ideal candidate will need the following attributes:
1. Self-driven with positive outlook and a desire to succeed.
2. Confident selling on the phone.
3. Target driven who relishes working in a competitive environment.
4. Able to understand customer’s needs, motives and concerns and can successfully build rapport to achieve sales.
5. Strong objection handling skills as well as the ability to close a sale.
6. Must be hardworking and enjoy working as part of a team as well as unsupervised.
7. Competent degree of computer literacy and be comfortable working with sales CRM systems.
8. Successful track record of selling (1 years +).
