About the role This role will involve working as part of the Passenger Services Team and with the wider Terminal Operations Team and Business Partners; to oversee and monitor every the PRM check in function and Bagwrap Operation, so as to coordinate its efficient running. This role is not limited to but will also include: Effectively coordinating departmental activities, to include allocating and prioritising departmental work activities by communicating with colleagues, business partners and supervisory staff, whilst staffing the Passenger assistance reception area. Operating the AVTECH PRM management System. This requires the successful candidate to manage the Passenger assistance reception area, ensuring that all passengers requiring assistance are checked in to our PRM management System. Cooperating with the SCADA belt team to assess and clear any landside belt blockages and escalate to SCADA team if belt blockages cannot be resolved. Working collaboratively with NIAL Business Partners and the wider Terminal Operations Team. Ensuring an exceptional level of customer service, whilst delivering all aspects of the departmental remit in accordance with the company customer service ethos. Adopting safe working practices, ensuring in particular that methods of working minimise risk to self, work colleagues, staff and the environment. Some shifts may start before public transport times during the early hours and applicants without regular access to a vehicle or other means of transport should consider this carefully.
